Job Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible and accountable for implementing major, complex TVA construction projects. They may provide direction to field employees and supervisors while performing own job; and may contribute to planning, work scheduling and major decision-making regarding work methods. The Construction Manager works closely with the TVA Construction Manager, as well as contractors to ensure all capital construction work is completed to comply with TVA requirements and regulatory specifications on time and within the assigned budget.
Supervises all personnel at the site through subordinate leaders
Manages project indirect overhead budgets
Develops fiscal plans
Monitors performance and utilization; provides periodic projects
Functions as liaison between engineering and construction sites
Responsible for contructability and construction planning during engineering phase
5-10 years of related experience, with five (5) at site manager level required
HS Diploma/GED required
Previous Utility Industry experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
